About the Journal

FUQAHA Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed and open-access academic journal. The Journal is published biannually (March and September) by Yayasan Inteligensia Bhumiputra Nusantara (Bhumiputra Nusantara Intelligence Institute). The Journal provides a platform for publishing scientific research in Islamic law. The journal welcomes original empirical investigations. The articles may represent a variety of theoretical perspectives and different methodological approaches. They may refer to any Islamic law issues, including but not limited to Islamic family law, Islamic criminal Law, Islamic politics, Islamic judicial, legal aid in Islam, Islamic jurisprudence, and history of Islamic law. The primary criteria in the review and the selection process concern the significance of the contribution to the area of Islamic law and the rigor of the study.
